Community Development has a function to reduce negative effect of mining operation such as social gap between miners (newcomers) and community directly for the provision of employment opportunities, coaching and mentoring through the program:
Economic of community development and improvement activities are covering these field: agriculture, farm, plantation, carpentry, workshop, and cooperative.
Health and Community Nutrition are covering : edication, medical assistance, clean water program, etc.
Environtment management is covering: reclamation, handling of pollutants, nad handling of other environtment impacts.
Education, Skill up, and Training are covering : education, training, internship, study visit, scholarship, educational infrastructure support.
Social, Culture, Religion and Social Infrastructure are covering : infrastructure improvement and development, well-relation program, social culture activities, etc.
Government relations, and Security Program are covering : Raising cooperative with government, non-partisan government organization, religious leader,community leader also other stakeholders and and keep the company from external interference.
